Jimmy John's - Jacksonville

I've ordered a handful of times from here and have yet to have a delivery take under an hour and a half to get to me. I only live five minutes away. The foods fine if you get it in person but if you're considering ordering delivery please look elsewhere. I just got my order after placing it 2 hours ago and it being out for delivery for an hour and 45 minutes. The ice in my drink is predictably completely melted and the drink is extremely watered down and undrinkable now and I had to just dump it out. I used to work for a long time at a jimmy johns in the area and it was widely known among all of us that this particular location was a huge joke but now I'm one of the unlucky people who lives next to it. It's just frustrating as a former delivery driver for this chain because I know exactly what the job entails and there's literally zero explanation for why their service is so consistently terrible. I genuinely have no clue how this place is still in business.

So…..I worked at one… this is the slowest-worst-jimmy sub I have ever had…spend $30 can’t even bite the bread on both our subs…. Hard as a rock on the bottom. GROSSSSSSS!!!!! Like day old bread. Someone needs to learn to bake better…….The person training also was rude to her employee in front of us. I found that to be the most distasteful part of our visit…..if you want to berate your employee do it in the back. Not in front of customers. Went to this location for the first time. The gentleman behind the counter didn't provide excellent customer service and spoke in a low tone voice as well. I decided to have a cuban sandwich. The sandwich was okay. There was a lot of mayonnaise on the sandwich and hardly any mustard. Also, there wasn't enough ham and pork in it. This sandwich was a let down. Will not get this sandwich again.

So it’s “freaky fast delivery” but takes almost an hour to deliver 2 sandwiches. Order has been “out for delivery” for 40 minutes.

Went to this location for the first time. The gentleman behind the counter taking Our order spoke in a low tone voice. Had to ask Him if He could repeat Himself. Also, His customer service skills needed a little help as well. I decided to have the Cuban sandwich and it was a let down. They didn't even bother to cut it in half. It had more mayonnaise than mustard. It only had two pieces of ham in it and no pork and had pickle chips in it and one slice of cheese in it as well. Won't be ordering this sandwich again, because it's not worth the Money I paid for it.
