Dunkin' - Jacksonville

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The donuts, of course, are always so fresh and scrumptious (at least one always gets eaten on the short drive home), but what makes this place truly special are the people that work there. At the drive up ordering screen, a friendly and cheerful voice greets you and takes your order even letting you know if there 's a better deal available. The smiling people you meet at the window when you pick up your order invariably tell you how much they appreciate your business. On a recent visit during the pandemic, a staff member said, Thank you so much for supporting us hourly workers. Talk about a heartfelt feel good moment. I will go out of my way to patronize this business.

Our iced Lattes were perfect! I could taste the expresso. The one in Bartram is mostly milk, i always order extra shot and you could tell which was mine. Bartram they all look and taste the same, like no extra shot.

The fresh hot donuts are there in time, they have some of my faves. The staff was very friendly and understanding while we made our decisions.

Not happy! No caramel in ice caramel Macchiato! Ordered two old-fashioned simple donuts, got only one and gave us no receipt!

I come here to pick up my baby girl from Grandma 's since its half the way. They don 't give us any trouble. Fun fact, I almost never order donuts ? from Dunkin. Usually those tasty- hash browns and maybe an Impossible Breakfast Sammich or an Everything ? wiff veggie cream cheese. Maybe some coffee. Time to make the Donuts!
