Chipotle Mexican Grill - Jacksonville

Wish I could leave zero stars, I frequent this Chipotle not after today. I was in line I was told I had to wait about 5 mins keep in mind the lady was cutting up some steak. Cool the very next customer after me order pretty much the same thing. As I'm waiting he goes to get the steak that the lady is cutting up to make this man's bowl. So I wasn't rude I just simply asked why you didn't do that when I asked. He said well it wasn't ready just yet. I then said young man I'm no dummy and I watched what you did just now. Kid with the glasses says it's our policy and shrugged his shoulders. I then proceeded to ask so the policy didn't to the man behind me. At that point I already New what was going on so I just told him I'm good. Problem is the guy behind was a white guy, guess that policy only applies to certain people. Really it's 2023

Ordered two bowls. Rice was undercooked, meat was not cut into bite sized pieces, chips were stale. Very disappointing for a $40 meal fast food meal.

First time customer. the food was good. the place was very messy. server definitely did not want to be there, to say the least. all outside tables were dirty. i got icecubes and napkins and wiped our table.

It's like having dinner at home. The food is delicious, and the portions are generous. My favorite is the barbacoa with brown rice and peppers.

We didn't even stay long enough to order. We were a group of 6, but left because the music was so loud we couldn't even talk to each other. We asked the employee cleaning tables to turn it down (had to ask 3x because he couldn't hear us). He told us none of the employees could do it. So we left took our business elsewhere.
