Burrito Shak - Jacksonville

Food tasted good at a reasonable price. Employees were polite and communicated well. Bathroom and dining areas were kept neat. Would eat here again

The food is fresh, the salsa bar is a nice addition to a meal. I enjoyed the crispy spiced fried tofu, it was delightful in my burrito bowl. There was a lot of customization for food choices. My husband loved his burrito, our friends enjoyed their food too. The service was fast and friendly. The bathroom was serviceable and not gross. Bottom line: Is this better then chipotle? It's parallel in it's own right. Come try burrito shak. It's a lil bit of mouth joy.

I got there taco's and now I realize that most people are getting the bowl's. My kids got the shak'd potato and it was excellent

This place is always full of super friendly people no matter who is working. Always helpful and communicative. The food is always good and the chips are honestly a kryptonite of mine. A kid named Ben made my burrito today and he was super nice and patient with me when I was asking for tiny portions of things and well maybe a tiny bit more. Thanks, Ben.

My daughter and I love this place. We just recently tried their loaded waffle fries and they were amazing.
