Burrito Gallry Brooklyn Station

Visited this location after the rush crowd at 3 pm and there was no one in the line and only 2 people in the restaurant. ordered a taco salad with beef and cilantro dressing. He waited for about 15 minutes. I got my order and went over my day. I wanted to eat the salad for dinner. Return home to eat my salad only to find its not really taco salad. There is NO MEAT and no CILANTRO RANCH DRESSING as I ordered. Also ordered mini-tacos and I'm not sure what I got. repeatedly tries to call the location to see if a future order could be credited to make the situation correct, but the phone was running several times and received email. I live 40 minutes from the location and probably when I travel back there, the location is closed. And another reviewer said the hours on the line are not the actual restaurant hours. This facility used to be my favorite, but based on this experience and conversations that I overheard from the staff seriously doubted another visit. Wasted money and I'm sure it's less important. I literally paid $21 for a crazy salad. SMALL

Terrible. Ordered the Burrito with beef that did not taste well and was sloppy wet. So embarrassing if you could eat lunch with colleagues and not eat my food. Changed to chicken burrito, but it wasn't better. Burrito missing ingredients. $14 refund wanted. Developed sore throat. Not sure whether Seasoning is used or cooking method. But the chicken itself was over grilled too hard and Burrito Wrap was hard in stains. Very dissatisfied.

I want to start by saying that customer service is excellent here. My server Jamaal was super, sweet, friendly and full of love. If I had a bigger tip, I would have given him $200 because his energetic mind and its total energy is amazing. Despite rude people, he kept his composers and his high energy at any time. I love that. Now for food and prices. My food was not worth $16.79 they suck portion sizes but the taste of food like the beans and rice were amazing. I was really not interested in the Burrito that it had much too many onions in it more than she had other vegetables and meat. I usually had onions and rice. The overload was decent. I wish they offered more options, but that would be somewhere if I were hardly hungry. We ate 2 of the cheese quesadillas, but they coke with 4 slices and I had the fajita burrito.

I had my daughter's engagement party at Brooklyn. We rented the roof. Martin (VP) was amazing throughout the process. We worked on the menu, seats, etc. The day was perfect for my special day of my daughter. We were allowed to decorate our desire for our Caribbean theme, and he took up the size of our party. The price of the event was affordable. I appreciate the entire staff to be so helpful and professional throughout the entire event. The roof was the perfect size for the event along with a large bar. The lounge areas were a nice touch and the roof overlooking the city looked amazing at night. I would recommend 100% the Brooklyn location for your special event.

Date: Spring 2022 I would rate the food and location as alright . The taste didn 't wow me and the location had potential. It was nice for it to have outside seating, but it felt cold and not in a temperature sense, just nto welcoming. The bar area looked nice but I 'm not a drinker so I can 't comment much more on that. There are no outside trashcans if that matters.
