Absolutely the best soft-serve in town! Great service, super nice personnel and the prices are incredibly reasonable! A quart of luscious soft-serve for a little over $8.00! So glad they are expanding in Jacksonville!

This restaurant has become a favorite stop for us after a day at the beach! They offer a variety of options to suit everyone's tastes and are happy to customize orders however you like. The Gelati layers are a must-try! No matter how long the line gets, they always take their time to ensure that the layers are perfect all the way to the bottom!

After speaking with the manager myself, they finally agreed to replace the ice cream. It was also evident that opening protocols were not being followed, even with a manager on duty. There was no music playing, no paper towels or soap at the station, and the service was far from welcoming. I think I’ll stick to the original Rita’s from now on, where the staff is friendly and provides considerate customer service. This experience was definitely not worth it.

I recently visited a restaurant with a drive-thru, which was a delightful surprise! The staff member working there was very friendly and, upon learning that it was our first visit, he was incredibly helpful. He even encouraged us to sample any flavors we wanted. We tried the lemon basil, which was wonderfully refreshing, but ultimately chose the mint chocolate chip ice along with the watermelon and sour green apple vanilla soft serve gelati. I must say, they were the best flavored ice and soft serve ice cream I've ever had! The prices were great too, making these delicious sweet treats even more appealing. If you enjoy refreshing desserts, you absolutely need to check this place out!
