Taco Bell #1266 - Jacksonville

I've been here for years, but recently the service has gone dramatically. You screwed my order several times and charged me. I'm not sure what happened to go on the hill, but at this point I wouldn't go anywhere else

I ordered two strict Supremes with light salad and pintos and cheese with light red sauce. I received two regular tacos without acid cream or tomatoes period and a pintos and cheese with more red sauce than pintos. I called and explained that my order was grounded and the woman I spoke to asked if I said it was correct on the screen, I said yes, it was well said, then there is nothing we can do. Very poor customer service the girl in the window was rude and obviously could not multitask I waited 8 minutes in the drive thru just to have screwed up my order. I will never return to this place

I wish I could give zero stars! I went in and when I went into the register, the checkout went away to talk her break, I take it and instead of telling me that someone was right there to help you, she just went by and said nothing. When someone finally saw me standing there, it took forever to get my order even tho I was literally the only person in the lobby. Tortillas were tasted hard beans as if they were a month old, meat was cold. I couldn't even eat it. Big!!!

Its fast food, the food itself is moderate and service is quite good.

This is my first bad visit to this location. It looks like when they mess up, they really mess up. I got my nacho bell grande topped with moldy tomatoes. Please be careful.
