Great, friendly service from Larissa! Best lemonade ever!

The warmer was not functioning, and the staff member ended up microwaving my pretzel, which resulted in it becoming soggy. This happened after I had to get the attention of one of the two employees, who finally put their phones down to take my order. Unfortunately, neither of them washed their hands or used food service gloves while handling food.

The pretzels are delicious, and the staff is hardworking and friendly.

The lemonade was delicious, but the pretzel was really dry and lacked flavor. I wouldn't return to this restaurant.

They had roaches under their pop machine. There’s ants in the back of the store because management lets trash sit for days. the dishes do not get done properly they’re so greasy i had to wipe them down every morning.They put bleach in the food safe sanitation that’s used on the dough table. the ice machine usually has mold in it, it got cleaned 1 time the year i worked there. : 0/10 recommend
