The service was excellent! I arrived after the lunch rush. The food was good. The drink was okay. The next time I will order the top shelf. Overall it is a very nice place to eat. The best time to go is after lunch.Food: 4/5

Be careful you read the fine print they charge 18% gratuity on all orders!! Then they ask for a tip when you get your bill. Basically double tipping. I do like their food but won't be going back because of this auto gratuity on your order.

Only a few small things keep this from greatness. Salsa is just tomato water. Burger toppings on the side? No opinion on drinks. Otherwise, food was pretty good! Tolerable value for delivery order.Food: 3/5

This place use to stay packed! Whenever I would pass through Jackson, this would be one of my favorite spots. Not anymore! The service has gone downhill. Our waiter was not attentive nor did he actually care if we were happy with the food even though it wasn’t busy at all, which is a shocker. The restrooms were filthy! The food was not as flavorful or well presented as it was when I visited previously. I left a whole plate of tomato ranchero madness that was supposed to contain a steak enchilada (meat with no cheese), a beef chile relleno (beef, no cheese or seasoning), and a cheese enchilada with cold beans and unseasoned yellow rice. I don’t know if this economy has them cutting corners like so many other restaurants, but I won’t be back! Oh, let’s not forget the forced 18% service fee on a three party (2 adults, 1 child) table for a waiter (Nick) who didn’t know what being a waiter is! Tipping for abysmal service is laughable!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!

Mexican is one of my favorite foods and I'm glad I found this Gem. Firstly, the salsa was the perfect amount of spice and the chips were seasoned some. They were the harder chips not the thin cheap ones. I went during lunch and the atmosphere was great/peaceful. I ordered the Tiquila Special and the beef, chicken, and shrimp were seasoned well also. The waitress was also great, checking on me every so often and was very friendly. Will definitely be back and recommend to anyone craving Mexican!!
