Sonic Drive-in - Jackson

The food was tasty, but unfortunately, the speakers were not working throughout the restaurant and none of the staff noticed. We had to wait for 45 minutes just to place an order at the malfunctioning kiosk.

After waiting for 35 minutes, I pressed the call button and was informed that my order was on its way. However, after 15 more minutes of waiting, my food still hadn't arrived. I had already paid for my meal, but I ended up leaving hungry and out $18.

I am giving them two stars because I like their food, but I am disappointed that they always forget my sauces, even after I remind them.

My daughter, and I came here tonight to get a drink. we pulled up, thought what we wanted in less than a minute and I pushed the button to start my order 9:11 pm. At 9:15 nobody answered to take our order, so I pushed the button again. at 9:18 no one answered again, so we left and got our ice on the road. this is not acceptable to not even recognize their customers and say we will be right with them.

I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Fast food restaurant, but you receive your food COLD. I had to get food from another restaurant. Never again.
