Bidrage med feedbackListen up, everyone; I 've been to a lot of breweries. Too many, some might say. I even went to every brewery in Jackson, WY, which isn 't much considering Snake River was closed. This place is vastly underrated and hands down the best brewery in Jackson. The beers were good. And by good I mean you 'll enjoy them just fine. I 'm a Certified Cicerone, so I know what good (and bad) beer tastes like. The brews might not blow your socks off, though, but seldom does that everhappen. We enjoyed this place so much that we went back twice. The food was delightful. The environment was great. Prices were ????. But let 's talk about the service. Our server was Evan, and he was great! He 's from Indiana, so naturally,he was all-around good at being a friendly human. Do yourselves a favor and check this place out. They have a great happy hour if you need extra motivation!
We were in Jackson as part of a long trip from Florida. We visited the historic town square, and found this restaurant close by for an early lunch. Good thing we did: half an hour later they were full. The menu was interesting. My wife had a Thai lobster roll, I had a salmon poke bowl. The salmon sashimi in a light teriyaki sauce came on fried wonton crackers, stacked four in the bowl. It was very good. I ordered a side Caesar salad too, but the salmon was enough. My wifeliked her lobster. A big variety of beer was available. Lunch was about $52 before tip, we didn?t have drinks. Good time.
Definitely worth the visit to the Tap Room! Beer prices are cheaper than the Roadhouse Brew Pub located downtown. The venue is small, but the staff is super friendly. Free brewery tour Fridays at 4pm! If you?re just going for the beers skip the Brew Pub and head straight to the Tap Room plus you?ll get to pet Piper (the dog)
Roadhouse Brewing Company is an excellent restaurant with hearty food and frienly service. The restaurant was suggested by a local resident but I was surprised that the Yelp reviews were not very high. I took a chance and was happily surprised! The Beet salad was fresh and tasty with an ample amount of beets! The Bison burger was cooked to perfection, both tender and flavorful! Even the fries were crisp and crunchy! The server was very friendly and got the order outquickly! The interior was a comfy brewing company feel with high stools and fantastic views of the main square. Had lunch there on a whim and was very happy to do so! Look forward to a return visit!
Second time here. The atmosphere is great, and our initial impression of the service was good. The waitress recommended against a menu item saying it wasn?t as good as other things on the menu. I ordered the chicken sandwich which has enough meat to cover about 1/3 of the bun. Literally 4 bites. The rest was bun. The bratwurst was great. So we?re the pickles. Unfortunately I ordered a drink and the got the wrong one. The waitress told me I was wrong initially and I askedher to ask the bartender what rum she used in a dark and stormy. She brought me back the right drink and blamed me for not specifying so they used ?well rum.? Ummmm. Dark and stormy is ALWAYS dark rum. And well rum is never dark. Probablywon?t come back here again. *Editing because I wrote this before I got the bill. When the waitress ran my card, she hit the highest tip option before handing me the machine and telling me to sign. I would give this place a 1.5 for serviceand a 2 for food.
