Mcdonald's - Jackson

This restaurant is extremely slow and always gets the orders wrong. The service, ambiance, and food all received a rating of 1. The price per person for breakfast is $20-30. Recommended dishes include sausage, crispy chicken biscuit, cheese biscuit, and McCafé apple fritter. There is plenty of free parking available in the parking lot.

This used to be the best mcdonalds that I know of but in the last 2 months it has little by little went to the worst ever! I use the mobile app but don't ever order a soft drink bc the machine has been out of carbonation for over a month, all you will get is pure drink syrup. And 6 out of 10 times they have been out of sweet tea. Good luck if you ever get fresh food here anymore and forget about condiments or napkins, you literally have to ask for everything. I understand why prices have increased everywhere but if I'm going to pay these kinds of prices then I better get fresh quality food, these people need to do better! Not sure if it's under new management but whatever the case one of the higher ups needs to go get this place in shape, no one should get service like this. And don't even bother going during the night shift, you really will lose your patience with that crew that's if they even let you order, I have had my money refunded twice bc I used the mobile app and when I went to pick it up, they were no longer taking orders mysteriously at 8pm at night. Please someone fix this, sadly this is the only mcdonalds in my area, the next closest is 10 miles away. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Today at the McDonald's in Jackson, Georgia was a pleasant surprise. The food was actually fresh and hot, believe it or not! It was a step up from what I've been getting in Griffin. The parking options were great, but the location could be improved. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, but I wish they would bring back the play areas for kids. Wheelchair accessibility could also be improved with more handicap parking closer to the door. The take-out service was efficient and the breakfast options were delicious. The price per person was reasonable at $10-20. I highly recommend trying the World Famous Fries, Sausage, Crispy Chicken Biscuit, and Big Mac. Overall, I give the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect score of 5. There is plenty of parking available in the free parking lot.

This restaurant always disappoints. I paid at 7:58 and didn't receive my food until 8:25. The fries were cold and stale, and I was missing nuggets and fries. I want a refund, McDonald's. The service, atmosphere, and food were all rated as 1 out of 5. This was a takeout dinner costing $20-30 per person.
