Kfc - Jackson

The staff was polite, quick, and communicated. So refreshing to go to a small town fast food place and have staff that doesn't look like they don't want to work. We are from a small town and were raised better. Kudos KFC Jackson crew!

Never get all my food in the order and you can never call back because the phone is always busy I call forb6 hours the last time with no answer!!!

I ordered a three piece tender meal with macaroni and cheese, but I got a three piece leg with mashed potatoes. While there, I noticed a lady who had went through the drive through, came inside twice. The first time because she was still waiting for her order, and the second time, because she got the wrong order.

Food was good. Took a few minutes but was hot when we got it. Friendly service.

Had the spicy mac and cheese bowl, I guess they ran out of the spicy chicken so they just instead drowned my bowl in the Nashville hot sauce. It was so spicy I couldn't even enjoy it. The whole bowl was swimming in the sauce
