Jimmie's Smokehouse - Jackson

My husband and I accidentally discovered this restaurant while looking for a place to eat in the area, and we couldn't be happier with our choice! We ordered the brisket and ribs, along with some sides, including the must-try Mac and Cheese. The meat was incredibly tender and juicy, and the service was excellent. We even had a nice chat with our server, who mentioned that the restaurant has just reopened after previously being a Buffalo Wild Wings. She shared that the menu is entirely new and it took them a few weeks to refine it. If our meal was any indication of what’s to come, they are definitely on the right track. We’re looking forward to returning the next time we’re in Jackson!

I ordered nearly everything on the menu that was made in-house, and I tried it all. The overall experience at this restaurant truly leaves me speechless and craving more. I highly recommend popping in and sampling everything they have to offer. Everything was simply amazing, but I think my favorite dish was the chicken. The staff was excellent, the food was outstanding, and the atmosphere was fantastic. Everything was PERFECT!

All the previous reviews on this site reference Buffalo Barbeque Wings, the former restaurant that was located here and used the same contact number. Jimmie's Smokehouse opened in August 2017, bringing slowly smoked meats and fantastic drinks to Jackson. The menu includes options like beef brisket, baby back ribs, pulled pork, and chicken, all served with a wide selection of delicious sides made fresh daily. Additionally, they feature 29 draft beers and more than 30 different bourbon brands at various price points, including many rare finds. With 36 TVs, you can also enjoy your favorite teams while dining.

The wings are amazing, there are lots of TVs, and the beer selection is excellent. It was the perfect place to soak in some March Madness. Go Blue!
