Bidrage med feedbackMy husband and I visited a few years ago and we came back for a little break and to admire the foliage. Our room was in the main inn and was comfortable and beautiful. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious and the atmosphere was relaxing. The spa was incredible! I’m a fan of Aveda products and it didn’t disappoint. A beautiful, welcoming waiting area and the masseuse did a wonderful job! The staff always had a smile and was willing to help. We’ll definitely be back!
Stayed with my Daughter. Not kid friendly, they also try to take your security deposit so be careful! I would try the Kancamangus Lodge in Lincoln instead. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1 Hotel highlights: Quiet

We stayed in the carriage house/spa! (It was our Anniversary so we booked massages LOVELY! . Our room was Spacious.SO homey! Fireplace and hot tub were a favorite. LOVED the high, BIG bed, however a small stool would have been great (I’m short! . Pool was lil chilly. Hot tub was toasty, however we couldn’t figure out how to turn~on the agitator!?! We loved Jackson! All the surrounding hot spots were PERFECT! We didn’t have to waste a lot of time driving around! The hotel restaurant was unfortunately closed. (However the hotel staff gave us fantastic recommendations that were literally five minutes away were EXCELLENT! . The cute country store Flossie’s was also closedThis just meanswe’ll be back soon! Totally enjoyed the uniqueness and charm the Christmas Farm offered. Highly recommend Lovely Anniversary getaway for us Rooms: Cozy. Fireplace. Jacuzzi tub in our bathroom. BIG high bed. View mountains. Spa experience. Nearby activities: Jackson Falls. Great restaurants near by. Town North Conway not far Walkability: Loved walking around the hotel grounds, love to exercise so I appreciated.
To make matters worse, we didn’t receive the room we had specifically requested eight months ago. I had booked a room in the main house so my mom could easily come downstairs each morning and feel part of the atmosphere. Instead, we were given a room that felt like a cheap addition to the inn, with a separate outside entrance. I ended up paying $250 a night for an outdated and poorly maintained motel-style room. The pool, which looked inviting in the website photos, turned out to be quite small—barely enough room for five people to swim comfortably. When we visited, the pool enclosure was freezing, and other guests expressed their discomfort as well. My mom, who recently had a stroke, was looking forward to a relaxing weekend getaway, but instead, it became a source of stress for her. She felt terrible about how things turned out, as if it were her fault. To make things worse, her irritable bowel syndrome, which had been manageable, flared up due to the staff's lack of concern, and we had to cancel our train ride to see the fall leaves. As if the situation couldn't get worse, the train bathroom was broken, and my mom didn’t want to risk an uncomfortable situation on our 2.5-hour trip. Additionally, she ended up getting sick after sitting in that freezing room, waiting for the temperature to rise. Guests checking in should have rooms that are already set to a comfortable temperature; arriving to a 57°F room in the rain is simply unacceptable. I was told that Chris would speak to the manager, Abraham, to try to make things right, but I won’t hold my breath. Based on other reviews, it seems the owner rarely responds, which is disheartening. While I can’t comment on the cabins, my experience in the main house was genuinely the worst travel experience I’ve ever had. Oh, and don’t forget to pack earplugs! My mom and I had to go to CVS to buy some because we were woken up every morning at 6 a.m. by the noisy neighbors next door and above us. You can hear everything! The room was poorly designed, with an unsightly pipe running across the bed. The furniture looked like it belonged in my parents’ house from my childhood—not rustic or charming, just outdated, with peeling wallpaper and chipped paint. I could have saved a lot of money by staying at a cheap motel instead.
