Burger King - Jackson

They messed up our order and became angry when we asked them to fix it. The staff was also very curt when we placed our order through the drive-thru.

Order was filled wrong on the first run, rectified quickly and correctly by the manger on duty. No trays. Bathroom was cleaner than the food area. Burgers were good, Mozzarella sticks were horrible.

Burger King is just your typical fast food hamburger restaurant. I’d rate it three stars unless there’s something that stands out. However, accessing this location from the road and navigating the drive-thru can be quite frustrating. The attendant was difficult to understand, and there was no order display. It's time for them to modernize and upgrade their equipment.

It's always bustling, yet they consistently offer quick and friendly service.

I'm not sure, but I may be wrong. If you are operating in Drive-thru only, because you believe the covid-19 is bad there. Then why the person that handled our food, was not wearing a mask nor gloves. However, she had no problem touching everyone's money.
