Burger King - Jackson

Husband and I went in there this past Friday 6 3 2022 756 PM We were able to enter and order inside and when asked what If it was for here or to go the manager Desiree stated they were closed for the night so we had to leave the restaurant and eat our food somewhere else. We were refused the opportunity to sit and eat our food inside. Mind you I am in a neck brace and my husband and I are past our rowdy teenager years We were offerd a free dessert because we were inconvenienced .... we declined I asked where was it posted the dining room hours and told on the door which they weren't We left without saying a word after we got our order even though some loud mouth employee felt the need to yell and get louder and more disrespectful young man yelled as loud as he could at us all the way out the door. When I called Amy the daytime manager she politely apologized and gave me the corporate number. Never again Jackson MO BK.....NEVER

Very good chicken nuggets do recommend, sell lunch items at 10:00 when McDonald's acrosss the street only sells breakfast food very scrumptious. Exquisitely bussin.

Drive thru service was very fast. Hot fries is always a plus.

I was deciding if I should write this review or not, but my visits were horrible. I came to Burger King last Sunday 04 03 2022 at about seven o'clock and ordered at the box, like usual. The young lady that was taking my order was very sweet and most helpful because I did not know what I wanted. She was so kind and answered my questions with the most helpful answers. When I pulled up to the window the young lady that was on the speaker I assume was taking my money. She had a big smile and her face and asked me how my day had been. Right in the middle of when I was trying to answer the manager was yelling at the young lady to find something to do instead of talk. After she got yelled at she replied to me and shut the window. After my food got done she walked it over to me with a sad look on her face, but despite possibly feeling that way she still smiled at me and told me to have a wonderful night. Fast forward to today 04 10 2022 again, about seven o'clock, I decided to go back. A nice young lady was taking my order and whenever I pulled up, I realized it was the same young lady from last week. She again took my money and asked how my day has been. After I answered her question she told me that my food would be right out. While I was watching I realized it was the same manager from last week but instead of working she was playing on her phone right where I could see. The girl that took my order and my money, was taking the orders at the counter and also bagging the food while the manager was just standing there on her phone laughing. When the girl brought me my food, I asked her what the managers name was and she told me it was Amber. This is now the second time I have had a bad experience with this manager and I WILL NOT be back. I refuse to give my money to a company that does not treat their employees with respect. If I could give this restaurant zero stars , I would.

The food was old tasting. Like it had sat too long. Later in the evening, I had a really bad stomach ache. Had to take some medicine for it. Won't eat there again. Bathroom needed attn.
