Burger King - Jackson

Yes, I ordered a burger and specifically asked for hot, fresh fries. Unfortunately, my order arrived cold and soggy. I asked for them to be remade and was told to move to a handicap spot while my hot fries were prepared. After waiting for 6 minutes, I had to go inside to get them because they were never brought out. I finally got my hot fries, but my burger was cold due to the long wait. Overall, not a good experience at Burger King. I would recommend driving a bit further to Wendy's or even McDonald's.

If I could give this Burger King zero stars, I would. My experience with them was nothing but a series of difficulties. I placed an order over the weekend, but it did not go smoothly. When I tried to explain that there was an issue with my sandwich and that I had paid for an item that was missing, the staff was not helpful and appeared unhappy. I requested a refund, but they were hesitant to comply.

Omg i was so upset I ordered an original chicken sandwich and they look in fish on it instead when it made me sick and get rid of my appetit!

They will make someone very sick if they do not begin to cook their speck all the way. I paid only $8 for a small hairdresser and medium drink in the round, because my burger was invincible.

It's a shame the lobby is still closed. Plz support your local road workers. Our trucks are too big sometimes and many of us don't get the chance of making breakfast. We gotta eat too but without being in the lobby we have no chance
