Burger King - Jackson

My coffee had fresh and old grounds in my cup. The lady said she had to do something and I should have come so that they didn't hurry because I didn't mind waiting for my coffee. The coffee tasted bad. The breakfast egg sandwich had limp really fat bacon on it. So I went down to the gas station. Great coffee and good breakfast sandwiches

Had to try the new foe whopper. I could tell it wasn't beef first bite. It was still decent tho. I'd eat one again. Love the burgers.

First time to this one and probably the last, took way to long in the drive thru. After ordering and paying at the second window where we waited 20 minutes they had us pull back around to the front waited there for another 20 minutes, so my wife went in to check and the food was on the counter all by itself ready to go with nobody around to bring it out should of ask for the money back but o well!

Had a 10.00 gift card and used it today. They come telling me the card only had 4.51. My order came to 5.49. So I called the customer service to check the card and they said it was 10 on there. So I did the math in front of the cashier. 5.49+4.51=10.00. So why did I have to pay 97 cents. Won?t be going back. They must have taken remedial math. And didn?t pass??. 1 star is all they get! And I asked for extra mayo. This is what I got..... Does that look like extra mayo to y?all??? Like trumpty dumpy says, ?ur fired? Burger King out by Pringle?s park in Jackson TN!

The service was incredibly disappointing. I stopped by during my lunch break and ended up wasting my time because nothing was prepared, and I only found out after I had already paid. I waited outside for five minutes because they said they would bring my food out, but no one came. When I went inside, I found my food just sitting on the counter. My burger was cold, and everything I ordered was included. It’s no surprise they’re struggling with business; the service is simply unacceptable. They could definitely benefit from a replacement like Wendy’s or Chick-fil-A!
