Arby's - Jackson

Waited for 15 minutes to get food through drive through, they brought food had to wait another 5 minutes then got cold food, fries where half way done and have drinks with no straws.

It was good besides the fries was upside down so when I got the food it was spilled in the bag

I go to this Arby's often and it's always great. The staff is friendly and the food is always fresh and fast.

The cashier Jayden Allen was awesome. It's refreshing to see someone actually enjoy their job and be good at it. Only bad thing is the food was cold and way too much sauce.

This place is always delicious and staff is very nice.
