Herd's Hamburgers - Jacksboro

This is an incredible roadside burger joint. It's no-frills and cash-only, but it thrives because they really know what they're doing. The burgers range from $5 to $8 and are delicious. The only suggestion for improvement would be to invest in a fryolator, as the only side option available is small bags of chips.

Exceptional burgers! The patties are made from scratch, and the buns are fantastic. It can get quite busy, but the wait is definitely worth it. Please note, they only accept cash. If you're a vegetarian, this might not be the right spot for you. For my meal, I opted for takeout during lunch and spent about $10-20 per person. Overall, I would rate the food a solid 5, service a 4, and atmosphere a 4. I highly recommend trying the Double Double Cheeseburger and the Double Burger!
