Even if it's a bit longer, this inn, with accommodation that still has a good reputation and a good Bavarian cuisine, I just don't want to get rid of the readers. On a tour to Lake Walchen, next to the largest and deepest alpine lake, there was a lunch break from which I still had swarms over the kitchen. Typical Bavarian delicacies and international dishes were produced. At that time I took a beef roast with potatoes and beans, which tasted just well with a great sauce and contained a 0.3l drink around €15. The entire staff was friendly, parking lots were sufficient, clean toilets. There was also a beer garden where after lunch you sat still comfortably with other people. Conclusion: I can recommend this guest house without restriction.

Here at the Hotel-Gasthaus Jachenau we have made several vacations and met the grandiose hospitality of the Schwaab family. It has beautiful rooms, an upscale kitchen and all this in a very stylish and pleasant ambience. The taste of my first Bach-Saiblings comes spontaneously to my tongue, unforgettable. In the evening, after a long hike, we were able to enjoy a wonderful meal, well-kept beer and later hour one or other high-percent. I liked a brand of Mirabellen from the Innsbruck area, which I once tasted. He was from a well-known burner and he guaranteed his fire also on beautiful Sundays. Neither before nor after that I had such a wonderful spirit! During a stay in Bad Tölz, after a hike to Jochberg and surroundings, I met the inn in Jachenau and later visited it several times with my wife. It's time to come back... On the weekend it will be quite narrow, the Jochberg is the house mountain of the Münchner and also they would like, of course, good food and drink, and this can be excellent at Schwaabs. Eat here for a week every day and can only recommend the Gasthof Zur Jachenau. The food is sharp, the services are very friendly and on tasty.

I was definitely 10 times a guest, hiking holiday, cozy rooms, super tasty food, great service and very great hosts, highly recommended!
