Jablonné Observation Tower

Tahle vyhlídka mi bohužel nevyšla, přijel jsem po sezóně a věž je přístupná pouze od března do srpna. Už jen historie objektu je pozoruhodná. Původně sloužil jako farní kostel sv. Kříže a vystavěn byl už ve druhé polovině 13. století. V roce 1788 vyhořel a na obnovu čekal osmdesát let. V roce 1863 byla ruina díky svým rozhlehlým sklepům přestavěna na pivovar, který byl v provozu až do roku 1932. Po II. světové válce tu byla zřízena škola, od roku 1973 sloužil objekt jako skladiště. Rozhledna byla na ochozu 32metrové věže otevřena v roce 2002 a vede na něj 176 schodů. Unfortunately I missed this thing, I arrived after the season and the tower is only accessible from March to August. The history of the building alone is remarkable. It originally served as the parish church of St. Cross and was built in the second half of the 13th century. It burned down in 1788 and waited eighty years to be rebuilt. In 1863 the ruin was converted into a brewery thanks to its extensive cellars, which was in operation until 1932. After World War II a school was established here, and since 1973 the building has served as a warehouse. The lookout tower on the gallery of the 32-metre high tower was opened in 2002 and has 176 steps leading up to it.

In 2002, the city was to repair the rock and the tower was adapted to the observation tower. The tower leads 176 stairs and is a wonderful view of the city and the Lusatian Mountains. From the tower, you can also watch the nest. It is located near the square, where you can park and park. It is definitely worth a visit. Tickets can be purchased either directly on the tower or in the information centre next to the town hall.
