Bidrage med feedbackLet 's talk about 360 restaurant in Hilton garden inn. Online and in photos it looks way better, than in reality. First of all place is not as big as it 's trying to show, so you would definitely need to make a reservation in advance. There 's only 5 good tables meaning with good view . We went for my fiancee birthday celebration, expecting the good table, but we were seated close to window, with leaking roof top, as it was dripping constantly on the edge of my seat. Asked to change the table , our waiter got directly HOSTILE, as from his voice tone and manners you could understand. The only other table they could offer according to them, close to passage for entrance and terrace, and due pandemic in the world i prefer not to sit, there many people can pass close to me. So we left with no option as to continue, with the table we were seated at first place they solution of leaking is to place napkin on the edge of the seat . IF IT WOULD BE ANY OTHER ORDINARY DAY I WOULD LEAVE THE PLACE WITH NO DISCUSSION AND HESITATION. Let 's move on to the menu. In the beginning they serve you a delicious focaccia bread, which i would like to taste more or at least be offered, but they did not offer, even though it could be charged as extra i wouldn 't mind, that 's how delicious it was. Serving portions for appetizers are quite small, small as for a one person serving , especially if it 's salad. Main foods as a serving wise are good, i had IZGARA LEVREK which was not grilled it 's more like pan fried, it made fish unnecessary oily. Serving of plates according to the place trying so hard to impress , should be improved, serving for now looks like from 90 's . Foods in overall not wow, but not bad. Second of all there are certain things unavailable on the menu, biggest disappointment was menu for desserts, half of desserts were unavailable. Wine selection is quite not bad, but biggest minus of it, they DO NOT SELL international wines by glass, only turkish ones. So if you have your favourite wine on the list, you have to go for a bottle. Now lets move to the pandemic matter. Tables are not far away from each other as it should be. They DO NOT PROVIDE any hand sanitizer or disinfection liquid, especially after you touching menu which was very odd as in my opinion any public serving establishment must have it and provide it to their client 's. My advice carry your own, which i always do. As for waiters, service is really not bad even the hostile one in the beginning, became friendlier. But it was odd, all of them was wearing different outfits, i believe for fancy try place all waiters should wear the same outfit. As in regards for the dressing code, there 's none, people can come with sneakers and sport ish clothes. Which in my opinion makes place feel less special. I would be up for a smart casual code. Atmosphere in restaurant is good, loved the lighting. Price wise it is not the most expensive place, similar as you would go to a very good fish restaurant. For the conclusion i would give to this place 6 out of 10. being generous My advice would be go with lower expectations, as you might have them higher from the looks at their website. Use a taxi if possible as mostly you won 't find any parking within hotel. Extremely small parking lot. P.S WHILE MAKING RESERVATION THEY ASKING FOR WHAT KIND OF OCCASION YOU BOOKING ...EVEN FOR THE BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION THEY DO NOT ADD ANY CANDLE ON THE DESSERT. PROBABLY THEY CAN 'T GET THE HINT OF THE WORDS BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION DOĞUM GÜNÜ . BUT IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO PROPOSE THERE, IT 'S QUITE A POPULAR PLACE FOR IT. AT SAME NIGHT IT WAS 3 PROPOSALS WITHIN MINUTES APART. BUT DON 'T WORRY FOR A PROPOSAL THEY SOMEHOW MANAGES TO PUT A FOUNTAIN CANDLE FOR YOUR DESSERT!
Good location, but lacks details of a high class restaurant the place is posing to be. The check is handwritten for example, like a kebap shop. Hard to read too. Service is good but they were understaffed when we were there. Main course came so late after we finished starters that i had ask twice for it. Good views from the patio though. They charge for bussing and service, so no need to tip extra.
Good food with excellent presentation. Good view of the city however glasses that surround the restaurant are not cleaned which limits the quality of photos taken at the premises. Tourist friendly. The cost of parking is not indicated so do not assume you can tip the vale at your discretion cause he will be quite rude while asking the 20tl parking price which is the highest in Izmir. Overall a mediocre chef restaurant.
We wanted a table with the view so we called them 2 weeks in advance for reservation but they said they were packed and they couldn't reserve the place we wanted. An hour before goimg there they called and told us that we can dine at the table we wanted. We went there and to our shock ALL the tables were empty!!!! No customers and they told us they were packed!!! So unprofessional for a supposedly 5-star restaurant/bar. Anyway, we ordered our dishes and when they brought them we realized one was not our order. So?!!!! I had to eat mi e cause it was a steak and I couldn't imagine eating a cold steak!!! I took my time but it was not enough so by the time I finished mine, my friend's dish arrived!!!!! Again so unprofessional for a 5 star restaurant/bar!!!!!! We ordered 2 glasses of wine and we were shocked when we saw the amount of wine inside the glass!!! Like a joke!!!! The cheapest glass of wine is 50 TL there and the amount is half the standard you can see in other restaurants!!! I have put the pictures so you can see it for yourself. In to-to, I do not recommend you to eat at 360! Not worth a dime. Going there on a Friday and drinking at its bar would be wiser!
Unfortunately awful experience. Poor customer service, food was horrible and they charged us for a birthday cake slice that was supposed to be complimentary. We spent 1.5 hours since they were not able to figure out how to process an American credit card and the transaction later was duplicated in our cards, because they keep saying the transaction failed. I will give -5 stars if possible. On top of that, no one spoke English but this is supposed to be an international Restaurant, extremely expensive if you compare it with truly amazing restaurants in Izmir, such as the ones at Swissotel. Stay away from visiting this place.
