Amici Pizza Burgers (ivančice)

We have ordered from Amici Ivančice several times and we are glad that they also deliver to Lukovan, perhaps as the only restaurant in the area. The food was always tasty, fresh and hot, and the couriers were always pleasant, they arrived in a good mood. We tried different pizzas, but also burgers, wings and nuggets. Sometimes the delivery took a longer time, but this is probably understandable given the greater distances in the countryside. At the same time, I am a little sorry for the minimum order amount of 550 CZK and the total cost of transport and food packaging in total it is almost 100 CZK extra. Unfortunately, this somewhat affects my willingness to tip in advance until I know how long it will take for the food to arrive or in what condition. But overall, we have been very satisfied with the food delivery and quality every time and I recommend this Amici branch to everyone in the area.

I ordered from Amici often. Unfortunately, I have now had two very bad experiences in a row. The first time was a month ago when an order for one person took two and a half hours. After two and a half hours, they wrote to me in the application that the courier would be late. I don't have a problem with that, what I had a problem with was that no one even wrote to me that the whole thing would take two and a half hours. I ordered on a weekday after noon. The only apology that came was from the courier, who unfortunately was not to blame at all. The second problem I had was on Friday. I ordered food at 20:23 through their app. Order paid and I was waiting for approval. Since the course was the same as the last time, I took it to mean that the application is not completely up to date. Therefore, the order was not approved. 22:13 I called for support. It was picked up by a lady who couldn't find me in the system at all. After a while she found the order. The restaurant did not accept the order at all. When she told me that unfortunately she didn't notice it, I thought to myself why do you have the app when it obviously doesn't work?! Unfortunately, this was a big disappointment for me.
