Little Caesars Pizza - Ithaca

Delivery order claimed to be delivered. But DoorDash driver Helen H never actually set foot on our property. I called for a refund and they claimed they couldn?t. All they could do was write down my name and give me a ?free pizza? when I come in in thenext 2-3 days. That?s not a free pizza. That?s the pizza I already bought and paid to have delivered. I called the little Caesarhelp line?which was closed. Then tried to contact DoorDash for assistance. They were no help. Beware that this company has noway to rectify the poor service by their contracted delivery drivers nor do they have an ounce of customer service

The deep dish pizza is excellent!! We really enjoyed this! The service was friendly and fast. Nice clean establishment and the food was very good.

I was so excited to get pizza from here seins how I don 't have one near qhere I live so I went and ordered 2 of the hot and ready half breadstick half pizza. Paid and he said it wod be ready in about 5 min. OK great! My order came out 2 full pizzas nocheesy breadsticks at all. I said this isn 't what I ordered the guys who brought it out said that 's what he put it in as ....okaaayyyyy but that 's not what I ordered and the guy didn 't even try and fix it so I ended up walking ok and saying ok I guessit is what it is thanks for not getting my order right . Not thrilled!!

Parking spaces were neat, wasn't too busy that night either. Was able to order and take my food within 10 minutes. Everything was fresh and great tasting. The workers were knowledgeable too.

I devoured the entire pizza in one sitting, and while I felt a bit guilty afterward, it was absolutely delicious!
