There are plenty of food and drink choices available! There's ample seating, too! The macadamia white mocha was fantastic! The bagel crisps were tasty, and the chicken melt on a bagel was absolutely delicious!

I waited over 30 minutes for my very simple order. During that time, I noticed the cooking staff singing and dancing instead of focusing on their work, and their hygiene practices were concerning. One of the female workers wasn't wearing a hairnet and didn't change her gloves while eating and adjusting her pants while preparing food. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect.

I absolutely loved this place! The service was welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed a delicious latte along with smoked salmon and cream cheese on a bagel. If you find yourself in Ithaca, you definitely need to give this spot a visit!

Almost everything I've ever had here has been delicious. The only thing I remember being just meh was the queens because their egg salad tasted kinda bland and watery in my opinion. But everything else I've had is so tasty (shoutout to the california sunrise). My only other complaint is their bagel size. Its in between normal bagel size and a mini bagel.
