Seared Westin Chicago Northwest

We had a fantastic time at the Elf Pop-up experience. We will definitely be back next year when it returns. The food was amazing.

Our waiter, Tom, was great; but the waiting staff appeared underoccupied and the service was slow. In addition, the only vegetarian dish was offered Bland and unimaginative and the steak I had was overcooked. Overall, it was a disappointing dinner and we will not return.

It was a very nice experience, the service was very good and the food was good.

Food and service were spectacular. The couch like chairs made me feel uncomfortable to get in and out of and the closeness of the tables makes the idea of ‘romance’ a little less than desired. It’s very pretty, just too compact in my opinion. Best martini, although I would’ve liked to see a little bigger cocktail menu for choices.
