Prairie River Restaurant - Eaglewood Resort & Spa

I stayed at Eaglewood for one night and two days for a business meeting Overall I would say the experience was positive.

Oh the last gasps of a dying resort are sad to watch or worse stay at..

I just spent the week at this hotel for a conference and I have to say I was very impressed with almost everything.

My daughter and I had heard that this restaurant has great food and a wonderful view of Vancouver and it definitely was true on both counts. The wedge salad was a wonderful mix of sweet and salty, the prawn cocktail was perfectly done with a spicy dipping sauce and the served bread was warm and delicious. The service from all people working there was professional and accommodating. The view of the city was beautiful. I will make this restaurant a "must do" on my next visit.

Food was great but disappointed that we weren't seated outside as we had made the reservation days ahead and phoned the morning of to request this.
