Excellent service, excellent food! Wished I lived closer!

Pretty good golden chick location, very convenient for people living around here, occasionally they forget some stuff you order, happened to me at least 3 times, but they're always nice about it and helpful. It's also decently clean inside.

Wish i could have left zero stars. Don't bother ordering after 8:00 pm even though posted hours say open till 10:00 p.m. Placed an online order at 9:00, Golden Chick responded order would be ready at 9:44, arrived at 9:40 to pick up order and was told they had no cook. I asked for my money back and was told I could request it online. Requested it online and online response was contact store for refund. Contacted the store the next morning and owner said they stop cooking at 8:00 and that was custom for the food chain. Owner argued his case and insisted we could get a refund through online request form. Ended up calling the corporate location and they assured me the franchise would have to give the refund, not online. Finally got a call from a nice person, they couldn't refund by credit card so we would have to come in for refund which wasn't convenient since we live over 30 min away. We did finally receive a refund after several phone calls to corporate location but will not be back and do not recommend.

I guess I shouldn’t expect much, but sat at the drive thru menu board for 10 min with no response. Finally drove up to the window and they took my order at 8:15 PM. No rolls, no gravy, no sweet tea, no Dr Pepper, no apologies. Not much they do have it seems!
