My experience at the Big Burguer snack bar and restaurant, where I ordered the Bife a Cavalo dish, was truly incredible! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm, friendly service that immediately made me feel welcome. The Bife a Cavalo that they served me was simply delicious. The meat was perfectly grilled, juicy and expertly seasoned. The egg on horseback on top of the steak added a special touch to the dish, making it even tastier. Accompanied by well-prepared and tasty garnishes, the meal was a true explosion of flavors. Furthermore, the speed and efficiency of the service contributed to an even more pleasant gastronomic experience. The atmosphere at Big Burguer was also inviting, providing a warm and relaxed atmosphere in which to enjoy your meal. Overall, my visit to Big Burguer to try the Bife a Cavalo was a memorable dining experience. I recommend it to anyone looking for great service and a delicious meal. Rude and rude owner, doesn't admit her mistake and as a customer I felt embarrassed, and we noticed the embarrassment of the waitress who served us as well as the owner's attitude. Choose some customers as a priority to serve. The food is good, but in this episode my steak also came raw....due to the service, I won't return and unfortunately I don't recommend it.
