Manca is a cute 'lokanta' in Moda, which serves cheap and homemade as food with many vegetarian and vegan options. The staff can show you the vegan options directly, in fact, this restaurant makes its ad with vegan food. If you do not want to choose something from their daily menu, it is also possible for some vegan juices or Veg-lahmacun (very cheap, 5 TL.) The side salad is quite boring, but the other salads are delicious. I can come back all the cold dishes from Manca as they warm up the food in the microwave.
