Asmalı Pera Pub - Istanbul

*This is a review for their hotel, not the bar and specifically this is a rating for their customer service not their rooms or other services* I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel located in the heart of Istanbul's vibrant Istiklal street. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the prime location of this hotel, which made it easy for me to explore the city's many attractions. But what really stood out to me during my stay was the outstanding level of service provided by the hotel staff. In particular, I was impressed by the warm and friendly welcome I received from the receptionist, Susan. She went out of her way to ensure that my check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and was always available to answer any questions I had throughout my stay. The Turkmen housekeeper lady was also exceptional in her service. She was always polite and friendly, and kept my room spotlessly clean during my entire stay. What really impressed me, however, was her honesty and integrity. I accidentally left some cash in the drawer one day, and she promptly called me and returned it to me before I checked out. I was truly touched by her kindness and honesty. Overall, I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. The location is unbeatable, and the staff is simply outstanding. If you're looking for a place to stay in Istanbul that offers excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a prime location, this is the place to be.

Cool place and good food. We found the staff to be friendly and cheerful. Good selection of beers and cocktails. We stayed over 3 hours and met some nice people at the bar area.

Men who work here don't know first thing about running a bar. Stay away, especially if you are a foreigner. There are other, much nicer places, with genuine Turkish hospitality.

If you lost in Istanbul, come to this friendly place, and eat a good tapas or pasta with best beer
