Umi Cafe - Issaquah

I read a review, don't remember on which site, and it mentioned a rude waiter. I discounted that one because other reviews were pretty good. But, we had the rude waiter/owner/manager, whatever and because of him I would not go back. That is besides the fact that it was a very chilly day, and it was very chilly inside as well. We ate in heavy jackets and never felt compelled to remove them. We also asked for tea (to warm up) and was told it was $5 for the tea bag and hot water. I had the Classic Pho and thought just okay. Too bad such a cute little out of the way place in Issquah.

Food was amazing. Service is super fast. They have a great menu with options that you will want to share. Love the location being hidden on the south side of Issaquah. Beautiful quaint courtyards to eat outside if you want.

The waitress was very rough. He had a big trouble and discussion with other family and it made the mood and atmosphere bad. He didn't answer our question and spoke so loud. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Noodle Soup

Do not go there!! I've never experienced behavior like this before. The owner of this place behaves rudely to his customers. He wouldn't answer our questions and when I confronted him about it he treated me with the utmost disrespect. My family and I will never go there again.
