Potbelly - Issaquah

This was my first experience at a Potbelly. Everyone was friendly and the person making my sandwich was very helpful which led me to have a delightful sandwich that I might not have otherwise ordered

Potbelly is not my favorite, but the Panera across the street wouldn’t wait on me, so I ended up here. Friendly staff, prompt service, clean dining room, decent enough food.

We ordered 4 sandwiches in store and 2 were wrong. It’s more of a lack of staffing issue and duties being too spread out. They made the skinny sandwiches right and the sandwiches that were original wrong. They were all over the place getting crossed wires on what to do trying to get the line moving for the busy dinner orders. There needs to be a better system and sandwiches being marked on what they are. It would make it much easier to sort out for both the workers and customers.

The stuff are incredibly friendly and helpful and the food is delicious. I had the skinny turkey avocado.

Just okay. The salad I ordered to-go came with no dressing and was covered in tiny pieces of feta and chopped egg. The hummus on top was surprisingly spicy. There were maybe five cherry tomatoes, three thin slices of cucumber, and some old mushy avocado. Greens were fresh. Pretty hard to eat.
