Subway - Isom

Got a 6 inch sub that had a teaspoon of steak on it, which was a shame for what you have to pay for it!! Got a pizza a week ago that was so tough that we had to use a fork to eat the toppings with!! Can't never get them to answer the phone, get fax machine!!

I ordered a 12-inch and 6-inch sub, but they made both of them 12 inches. They refused to give me a refund because they didn't know how, and there was no manager on site to assist. Instead, they offered to make me another 6-inch sub and give me a drink. The service was mediocre at best, as the staff were not very helpful. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and I would have appreciated a refund.

The restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere, excellent service, and a welcoming staff.

They did offer to make up for their mistake by giving us another 6-inch sub and a drink, but they ultimately refused when we asked. Overall, the service was terrible and unhelpful. It would have been appreciated to receive a refund for the error.

We were overcharged $35 for extra food and it took a long time to correct the mistake. The staff suggested we return in the morning, but that wasn't possible as we were just passing through on a trip.
