If you are looking for a truly special pizza in Nardò, you can't miss Biga 24. My experience here was excellent, starting from the pizza I ordered: the Indiavolata Giagiù. The dough, prepared with careful leavening, was light and tasty, the Passata Gialla gave a delicate and sweet taste, the Fior di Latte was of excellent quality and the Nduja spicy at the right point. The Diavola Coati and the Yellow Tomatoes completed everything with a touch of freshness and a strong flavour. Although towards the end I found the pizza slightly heavy, given the rich toppings, it was undoubtedly a truly delicious pizza. In addition to the pizza, I would like to underline the excellent service of the staff, made up entirely of very kind women who pay attention to the needs of the customers. Ultimately, Biga 24 is a place that I highly recommend to all lovers of quality pizza. By pure chance I found myself in this delicious pizzeria in the center of Nardò, the place where I spent my childhood, the view of the Castle and the Fountain sparked so many memories in me. I recommend this pizzeria because the pizza looks like Neapolitan pizza but is not Neapolitan, the dough is soft and crunchy and not chewy, the seasoning used is of high quality and the leavening is long and digestible. The place is rather small, suitable for a few people who want to eat a pizza in intimacy with the view of the imposing Nardò Castle in front. The very kind and qualified staff made the evening very pleasant, the toilets are clean, parking is easily found nearby both for a fee and for free. I'll be back again, Emily De hi The Baritonessa.
