Restaurant Empire - Ismaning

We were three nights in the hotel victory and our arrangements came with a 3-course menu in the restaurant. the personell is super friendly and has a good label. eating is average and not what they expect for these prices and. to get the escape. we even wanted to come to the chef over a non-smooth piece of boiled cod and we have a note that it is not hard for us to eat. that really ruined my evening to be honest. I hope the restaurant had a bad 3 nights, but with the hotel and the therme at a high level, which stood as average.

Therme erding is the largest wellness and thermal and sauna operation europas. it recently built a spectacular hotel, the hotel victory, the connection to him that I checked back a past. they can go from the hotel in their bathroom to the therme. eat in therme itself...is her usual spa food something ok Italian and Thai eat, a 'kulinarium' where I had a mediocre dish one back. they can also eat 'healthy'. this time I decided to go back to my room, dress my clothes again and go to the empire restaurant in the hotel victory. they can use the buffet in the hotel in their bathroom, but they must wear street clothes in the empire restaurant. the restaurant itself looks like waist event in paris 50 years ago. a high ceiling room, damask tablecloth, sparkling crystal. rest. I had an excellent foie gras as an appetizer, a piece gently grilled deenleber surrounded by various tidbits of obst and don't kiss a pate, sitting on a white sauce I liked, but could not recognize. I had a pretty good pfalz Cabernet/Merlot. the second cursor was a rare, 3 pieces lamb, perfect made, again with delicious small pieces sweet. I had a glass of an excellent South African pinotage. I ordered the cheese course for dessert instead of cheese pieces from a basket they served two small warm cots, one covered with melted vacherin with slices of white truffles, the other with perfectly cooked small kartoffels with sliced liquor. it was like a fondue, with potatoes and truffle instead of broth. that's a crazy dessert, I thought. I don't have to worry. it was fabulous and I put a valrhona chocolate cake for it. the meal was 39 euro, each glass wein 6 euro. for this price you can hardly get from an autobahn movenpick. I wouldn't have complained if I had paid twice that much. I could imagine this as a destination restaurant, vaut le voyage, with a few hours in the largest sauna in the world that is thrown as a bonus!

We even wanted to reach out to the chef about a not tender piece of cooked cod and we get a remark that it's not trout that we were eating. That really ruined my evening to be honest. I hope the restaurant had a bad evenings, but with the hotel and the therme being at a high level, this stood out as being average.
