Happy Dumplings - Islington

Me and my friend visited here Ad hoc one evening. From the outside looks modest, and they make up for that by exceptional food and service. We had dumplings and pork belly which was all exceptional. Great quality food and very good value, not to mention great service. Highly recommended

Went for dinner here the night the Queen died and Happy Dumplings made sure the occasion was a special one. Amazing dim sum and the owner/manager was so kind to even add on a plate of fries and wine for free! Really tasty food all round and very generous portions. The salt black spare ribs and prawn toast were particularly yummy. A very homey/welcoming setting in an assuming venue in Brixton. Would definitely go back!

Odd atmosphere, cash only, byob, delicious food, friendly owner who might give you free wine. Will be going back. Excellent value for money.
