Dunkin' - Islandia

It's ok ... great bagels I just wish they would have bacon ham more available . Seems every time I visit they don't have either or.

It's a dunkin donuts and it's hit but sometimes a miss with order accuracy.

I overheard the employee's co-workers chatting among themselves, which prompted me to ask the employee again why my order hadn't been fulfilled after such a long wait. Their response was rude and condescending. Frustrated, I inquired if I could escalate the matter to higher management due to their unprofessional behavior. Instead of addressing my concerns, the employee laughed at me during the exchange. My main issues involved the employee’s blatant rudeness, arrogance, and unprofessionalism. I regularly visit Dunkin’, so I was extremely disappointed to encounter such poor customer service.

This Dunkin' experience was disappointing. The staff member taking orders was rude, and I've found that they occasionally mess up my order. This is why I prefer Starbucks. Dunkin' feels like it's trying to compete but doesn't quite measure up. Out West, it seems like not many people are even familiar with Dunkin'.

The coffee was cold and had a stale taste, as if it had been stored for a long time.
