Bundoo Khan - Islamabad

Tonight was my second visit to Bundoo Khan in Islamabad. While my first visit was good as well, on this second visit I found that the taste and quantity were not up to par. We ordered a plate of 8 Barakh Reshmi Kebabs and a half chicken karahi. The staff and management at the restaurant were very friendly and paid special attention to families. The atmosphere was more upscale than your average restaurant and provided a quieter space, even during peak hours. Our order took 30 minutes to be served. The kebabs and karahi were served with fluffy kalonji naans and were delicious. The portion size of the half chicken karahi was large, but I noticed the kebabs were smaller than expected. I mentioned this to the management, who kindly offered us a refill of the kebabs we had rejected. They assured us that they would work on improving the portion size of the kebabs in the future. The taste was authentic desi cuisine, but with a unique twist that is rare in Islamabad. I highly recommend Bundoo Khan for food lovers. Price: check the bill.

I dined at this restaurant with my family. There were not a lot of dishes on the menu, but the food was good. The ambiance was great and the staff was well-trained and efficient. It is a clever choice for families to dine here due to the good environment. However, the main issue is the slow service.

We ordered biryani and it wasn't fresh. Spice was so overpowered that the original flavour wasn't coming up. Waiters are bit rude too. Sitting is very ordinary. Good thing is prices are cheap.

Never suggest anyone to go there .... service zero and the response of the manager on complaints was simply pity... you can see the hair in raita and oily crackers and at the end the food too costly...
