Poor service staff stand around talking and don't come to provide service.staff see you wait to fuel and just ignore. Must be a race issue as only certain customers get served. Just watch as you get back in your car and drive off.

Worst experience ever, went to the bathroom for less than 5 min, my parents went out just as I coming out, the supervisor shouts il clap the car At that time it's not past the 20 minutes stipulated on the board All the way from another province to fill my petrol ended up not filling up because the supervisor told me even if I fill I have no right to park even less than 20 minutes.I am not buying anything Moes.Doesnt filling up my tank considered as a purchase? TRAIN YOUR SUPERVISOR.

Friendly and helpfull staff, but if you a taxpayer they have only the chinese type fadeaway till slips for invoices that fade away after a week or so, end of the year we have submit blank invoices to SARS..maybe Total can help solve the problem..
