Amazing, amazing!! Food,service, and atmosphere it's truly like out of Durban. Food came out hot,fresh, and so flavourful. Enjoyed the Turkish tea. Would definitely go back for more.

A friend introduced me to Turkish cuisine, and it was an absolute delight(pun intended). Excellent service, delicious Turkish tea, and I ate the kunefe like I’d never seen dessert before in my life. The ambiance is so relaxing, decor authentic and stunning, and the background music transports you quite literally to another land.

Honestly the most authentic Turkish place in KZN! If you're seeking good food, made with love, all the way from Turkey, then look no further! Sofra Istanbul is the place to be!!! Their staff are friendly and will always leave you smiling, the owners will always accommodate all your requests and ensure you have an amazing meal. It's the perfect place to gather with friends or family and most of all the food is DELICIOUS !! I wouldn't go anywhere else! It's also halaal for those who require this.

30th September 2023. Visited Sofra Istanbul in Florida Road with my family. The hosts/owners were so friendly and amazing. The atmosphere and ambience was so lovely. The food was delicious. The baklava Milkshake was super delicious. Definately going back there. The Tiramisu was thee best I ever had... an awesome experience and outing
