Kfc Waterfall - Isipingo

I ordered the box master meal plus 4 wings for take away only to get home and find that the box master was burnt and tasteless — the wings were great though freshly made

Why does it say you open at 6am but when I get there after 9 they are still closed until 10? It allows you to order online but then you cannot collect it as they are closed, this has happened on many occasions. No point in offering breakfast online then or advising that you open earlier than you do. Very sad considering your store and staff are very lovely and the food is always up to standard. Please change your opening times or the app, provide clarification.

Not happy with their services sometimes their chicken is not well done as other kfc does

Tried to take the little one for a treat on the way home. The drive through was closed (bucket placed in the way), 6 people in a line inside, yet the staff were unable to cope. Pathetic really! Estimated it would take 30mins to get some fast food. Didn’t have time to waste my day. You would think that since McDonald has opened 2mins away — that would force a fast food drive through to be more efficient. Sadly not at Waterfall KFC

The wrap was terrible we ordered 2 only received one had to go round the drive thru again to order the second wrap. The person who was taking the orders spoke so badly we could not understand what she was asking. It was a nightmare we won't go back there again.
