Kfc Hillcrest - Isipingo

Disgusting old food sitting around all day. Chips soggy, chicken dried out. Managers very rude when I complained

Went last week Monday around 8pm to order dinner, only to be told there was no chicken and we would have to wait 30min for it.....WTH, it's a chicken place. Went again this evening....sorry, no chicken, will have to wait 30min. Really, twice in just over a week. Absolutely shocking planning to run out of chicken, not once but twice. Never again.

Do not recommend! Staff are terrible unorganised, our order got called out and someone else ran out the door with our order, slips are not printed when you place your order, So anyone can claim an order. Will not be coming back!

Drive thru is veeeeery slow. Waiting here for 15 mins,with only 2 cars in front to order,for them to say,NO ICE CREAM. No sign etc. Outside supervision of the kfcs should be done from time to time,unexpectedly.

Friendly staff. Amazing chicken. Well done Hillcrest team, keep it up!!!..
