We were four, and we had all four things to put out, I'm limiting myself to my food. But when I criticized my triology of Jacobsmuschel, Pulpo and Maispoularde, I came up with amazingly closed ears. The Poularde was dry, the Pulpo black! . The answer from Carsten: The poularde was pink and the pulpo butterzart! now yes. Carsten further: Sorry if we didn't meet your taste I: it's not about the taste, here the cooking point was not met! etc. However, I also criticized the taste, because the sweetly attached noodles with a feta cheese buried under it tasted nothing. No wort, and the compilation was simply inappropriate. The fact that the white wine glasses were cooled with ice, the ice was then poured into the cooler only, but the glasses were not dried before wine came in is then only another drop of wormwood. A sign of good will from the kitchen, such as a coffee or the deletion of my completely misappropriated food from the bill misdisplay. I'm sure we'll never go to dinner there.
The Carsten is clearly one of the restaurants with fine cuisine. In addition to the usual, mainly regional and Mediterranean dishes, one does not find in most restaurants. Everything is prepared according to its own recipe and usually by exquisite taste. The furnishings impresse with tables with beautiful white blankets, comfortable chairs with armrests and padded benches. The owner has greeted us personally and very nicely chatted with us.Apart from a communication problem in the service, according to our impression everything seems to be okay. We enjoyed the time in this restaurant and like to watch over again. A real secret tip for friends of upscale gastronomy.
