Gyu-kaku - Isehara

Today, after work, I went to Gyu-Kaku for the first time in a while. It seemed busy and I could hear loud voices from the back tables, which was a bit noisy. I wondered if the staff were properly addressing this issue. However, the customer service was very good. There was a short girl in training, as indicated by her name tag, who was a bit slow in bringing out the dishes, but when she did, she made sure to say "I apologize for the wait" and "Is the heat okay?" I appreciated her friendly service, even when there were times when the food was slow to arrive and there was nothing on the table. Thank you for making the experience enjoyable with your smile. And to the other staff members who were working hard on the grill and preparing the dishes, thank you. Everything was delicious.

The food at this restaurant is delicious and the service is exceptional. I highly recommend trying the seafood pasta, as it was cooked to perfection. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it a great spot for a date night or casual dinner with friends. The prices are reasonable for the quality of food you receive. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that I would definitely go back for.

1週間前にこのお店を利用しました。 食べ放題飲み放題を利用しましたが提供は遅く呼ぶのにも一苦労､､､ お肉は一部冷凍のまま出されました。 火力も弱く、たくさん食べられた気がしませんでした。 男性の方の態度もあまり良くなかったです。 お手洗いは綺麗とは言い難いものでした。 伊勢原で数少ない焼肉屋なので非常に残念でした。
