GoSu - Irvington

The Asian fusion cuisine at this restaurant is exceptional. We highly recommend trying the steamed buns, anything with bulgogi, tempura, chicken katsu, and the broiled squid (ika taki). We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely be returning to this new favorite dining spot.

Unfortunately, the fusion American/Korean/Japanese/taco menu at this restaurant left me feeling confused. The flavors didn't taste authentic and the restaurant was mostly empty on a Friday night. The owner was very friendly, but I think I would prefer to go to HMart to buy Korean BBQ instead.

Every aspect of the food was great. The sticky bun was one of my favorites. Great menu. Would not hesitate to recommend.

First timers. Had a wonderful lunch! Started with the Japanese fried chicken bites-yum! Next were the spicy pork buns which were crunchy with a cucumber and slaw. So tasty. Then we got the Bulgogi tacos- marinated sirloin with tomato, onions-great flavor! Loved them! We split a Bulgogi Sizzle Bop Korean style soy marinated sliced rib eye. Including rice and salad. Everything was fresh and delicious. Service was impeccable and waiters were extremely friendly and welcoming. The owner came over to check on us. We also got an absolutely delectable tempura fried cheesecake for being first timers there. What a nice welcome! PLEASE NOTE, Everything was so delicious, I ate it so fast, I forgot to take pictures! So you'll see pictures that are half eaten, half servings, oh well! When the food is good, you lose all sense of taking pictures! I will be back soon. What a taste sensation

Consistently a favorite; friendly service, delicious food, warm atmosphere. Always fun to see the large table in the back booked by a group that looks celebratory or gathering with friends after a long day/week.
