Wingstop - Irving

I haven't been in a Wingstop for several years and was hesitant to go to this place based on the reviews, but decided to go. Overall, I had a really good experience. The woman who worked there was very patient in the description of all different flavors and in my order. The wings were well cooked and tasty. The tea dispenser had enough tea. The dining corner, tables and floor were very clean. The bathroom was also quite clean. I'd definitely come back here.

I have learned to expect poor service frome even fine restaurants, but this place is a wing below.Ok. Its a fast food place, but when I walked in no one else was there), the very heavy set kid at the cash register did not even think of disconnecting his private telephone conversation. He did not even look at me, but gave me his back and walked a few feet away so he could continue his call. Before I left I told him the feel8ng was mutual, but his blank stare said it all.Never coming to a wing stop again as long as I live.

I ordered the 8 piece lemon pepper wing combo...this was a little after 12 noon. The food was hot fresh and the ranch dressing never disappoints! I do recommend.

Corporate needs to walk into this place. They are very rude here and the wings not aren't cook all the way not just that they never answer the phone and the people on the cell phone texting.. like this wing stop here needs to do way better and rehire people.

I have lived across the street from this location for 2 years now and have to admit.. I go at least twice a week LOL. In the past two years, I've had an issue only a handful of times which is okay, we are all human :)I went the other night to pick up my online order. I was SO sad that the hot-honey rub wasn't available anymore. When I got there, I told the cashier about it. There must have been some discrepancy, because she told me that they still had it. She let me keep my food, and offered me a 5-piece of the hot-honey rub when she didn't have to! Thank you to Shonda for going the extra mile for me.
