Whataburger - Irving

This Whataburger is always so busy! Hardly a time of the day where it is not, except it is dead in the middle of the night. I know these workers do their best. Food always tastes great. I live here, so this is the only Whataburger I'm going to. Others almost always confuse my order. This place usually gets my order right 3/5 times. But it also depends on when you go... if they're really busy, it can get hectic! Remember to be friendly! They are usually really nice to me and have great customer service!

This place has gone down hills until the service does not even try to dinate in, lock side or a mobile order. The only people who get their food in a decent amount of time are in the car. It took 45 minutes for me to get a single combo meal when I waited a whole bunch of people inside, just got the ride through every service.

Food is delicious! The atmosphere invites you. The service is okay. Many young people who act inexperienced move slowly, they do not give enough attention to customers as they go to order. People need help and they are not attentive enough and do not move quickly. They act as if we as customers should wait all day for it. Well, there are a few, along with the manager who has Pepp in her step and try to get orders right, complete, and out the door and for that, I guess her.

The guy came out with my food, didn't have my shake and I asked. All he said is that I can see your recipe that I gave him my copy and took it back. 5 min later came out with the shake, it was only the milk not frozen. I told him this isn't a shake, he gave me a look and everything he said was a shake I made literally, then he turned around and went back. Also ignore a guy trying to get his attention from another car that had waited longer than me. Could have asked if I wanted a different taste or a refund, I would have loved honesty more than the attitude, I just left it alone.

Trash.I ordered on the app and it said from 5-10 minutes. I waited for almost an hour, but yet my food was already made ready to go. They handed me the bag with COLD FRIES. Best believe they’re going to give me fresh food. I wasn’t having it. This is my final and last time, here. Employees are just lazy. My order was ready at 7:02. It’s 7:44. Don’t come here to waste your money.
